We present a sandwich very rich and different from what you normally eat. The beef skirt sandwich recipe is very tasty, easy to cook and is perfect for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 slices bread, Oroweat® 7 Grains
  • 200 grams beef brisket
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • salt, necessary amount
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a hot pan, sauté the sliced ​​onions. Add a little salt and let cook until lightly browned.
Slice the beef skirt as thin as you can.
Heat a frying pan and add oil and a little butter, add the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cheese to one of the slices of Pan Oroweat® 7 Grains, top with the meat and the caramelized onions.
Put the sandwiches on a tray with waxed paper and bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes or until the top is toasted.
Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes and top with the barbecue sauce.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with salad.

TIPS

Refrigerate the meat 15 minutes before cutting it to make it easier to remove thin slices.
