Preparation
Mix the meat with the milk, half chopped onion, the peppermint, the ground bread, the salt, the cumin and the eggs.
Form balls of meat with your hands.
Roast, desvene and soak the chiles.
Roast the tomato, peel and line with half an onion, garlic, pepper and chili.
Fry everything until it season.
Add 3 cups of water and when it begins to boil add several meatballs and cook well (15 to 20 minutes).
