Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 1 kilo of flank steak
  • 1/4 of onion in pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • leaves of laurel
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 serrano pepper sliced
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • coriander chopped, to taste
  • Spring mix lettuce
  • 1 radish sliced
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 kilo of tomato in cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper ground
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • white vinegars
  • olive oils

    Preparation

    In a deep pot or pressure cooker, cook the beef with a piece of onion, a clove of garlic and bay leaves.
    Allow to cool and remove from the pot. Shred the meat and reserve the broth.
    Place the meat in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of Knorr® granulated beef bouillon, purple onion, serrano pepper, oregano and cilantro. Let it rest so that the meat is impregnated with the flavor of all the ingredients.
    Chop the lettuces with your hands or with scissors. Wash for 10 minutes.
    In a wooden bowl add the meat mixture, lettuce, radish, avocado and tomato. Mix in folding with a wooden spoon so as not to wilt the lettuce or the avocado.
    Add enough olive oil, a splash of vinegar and the lemon juice. Season with pepper, and a little more oregano.
    Serve on fried corn tortillas or tostadas or accompany with corn tortilla chips.

    TIPS

    - To season your beef dishes, use 2 tablespoons of Knorr® Granulated Beef bouillon(24 g) for each 1.5 kg (3.3lbs) of the ingredients of your choice. - It is not necessary to add salt.
