The tacos de chambarete with green chile sauce are very tasty for a Sunday.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups green chile, in rajas to fill
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 dice garlic seasoning
  • 1 Cube chicken soup
  • 1/4 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved
  • 1/2 cups Water, cold, to dissolve the corn starch
  • 1 kilo beef shank with bone, of beef, cooked and chopped
  • 12 corn tortillas, hot
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander, washed, disinfected and chopped

Preparation

For the sauce: liquefies the rajas with the 4 ing. next.
Heat in a pot and when it boils, add the starch, previously dissolved.
Kitchen for 5 min. or until it thickens a little, moving constantly to avoid sticking.
Fill each tortilla with the "chambarete", bathe with the sauce and decorate with the chopped cilantro.

PRESENTATION

Bat the tacos in the green sauce and put some chopped coriander on top.

TIPS

To peel the green chiles, roast over the direct flame until the skin is dark; let them sweat for 5 min. in a closed plastic bag and remove the skin under the stream of water.
