Ingredients

  • 6 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 200 grams beef, shredded and cooked
  • 3 roma tomatoes, seedless, finely chopped
  • 1/8 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 fresh coriander, only the leaves
  • 1 lemon, just the juice
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper

Preparation

Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, and add the shredded beef.
Mix the tomato, onion, chili, lemon juice and salt pepper.
Add sauce to your liking and finish with coriander leaves.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with more Mexican minced sauce.
