Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 pieces of Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains
  • 200 grams of dried meat to crush
  • 100 milliliters of tomato puree
  • 30 milliliters of oil
  • 20 grams of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 piece of french lettuce leaves washed, disinfected and dried
  • 150 grams of cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 pieces of tomato chopped finely seedless
  • 1/4 of piece of red onion finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of lemon just the juice
  • 5 grams of Salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper

    Preparation
