Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains
  • 200 grams dried meat, to crush
  • 100 milliliters tomato puree
  • 30 milliliters oil
  • 20 grams chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 french lettuce, leaves washed, disinfected and dried
  • 150 grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped finely seedless
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 lemon, just the juice
  • 5 grams salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

Preparation

Heat the oil and fry the dried meat taking care not to burn, add the tomato puree and the chipotle pepper.
Mix the tomato, onion and lemon juice, season and serve in your tacos.
Heat your Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains, put the lettuce, mash, pico de gallo and cheese.
