Preparation
Boil 4 cups of water. Add ½ teaspoon of Knorr® Res flavor broth, asparagus and carrots. Let boil until the asparagus has a bright green color and the carrots soften a little, about 10 minutes.
Cut the asparagus into three pieces. Cut the carrots in half and strips along.
In a deep bowl, mix the soy, sake, ginger, ketchup and sugar to prepare the teriyaki sauce.
Cut the beef into long rectangular pieces and mix with half of the teriyaki sauce. Season the meat with 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Res flavor broth for 2-3 minutes.
In a hot pan add the oil and cook the meat for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the meat from the heat and add the remaining teriyaki sauce.
Prepare the rolls of meat by wrapping with the meat 2 pieces of asparagus and 2 pieces of carrot.
Serve immediately.
