Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cube of Knorr® Tomato Seasoning
  • 450 grams of flank steak cooked and crumbled
  • 1 onion slice
  • 3 guajillo chili peppers clean, roasted and soaked
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of oregano
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil

Preparation

Blend the chilies soaked with water, tomato, oregano and Knorr® Tomato Seasoning.
In a saucepan heat the oil and sweat the onion until it becomes transparent.
Add the meat and brown it for a few minutes, add the liquefied stew if you like, you can strain it.
Let boil for 5 minutes until all the flavors are incorporated.
It can be accompanied by baked corn toast and avocado slices.
