Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef brisket
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 4 dried guajillo chili, without seeds
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • enough salt
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 1 cup onion, filleted
  • enough rice, To accompany
  • enough tortilla, To accompany

Preparation

In a pot with water, cook the beef brisket with the onion, garlic, salt and bay leaf for 1 hour, or until the meat is cooked. Let it cool.
