  • 3 tablespoons thyme, cool
  • 3 tablespoons black pepper, pink, whole
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1.5 kilos beef fillet


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356° F)
