Preparation
Asa the arrachera seasoned with salt and pepper.
In a pan, heat the tortilla on both sides.
Remove from heat and spread with hummus.
Add manchego cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Cut the cooked section and arrange it inside the tortilla.
Add chipotle to taste, close the tortilla as a burrito to put back to the fire and seal it.
