A burrito with a Moroccan touch for lunch, the combination of the taste of juicy meat with hummus is unmatched; you have to try it.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 pieces of flour tortillas
  • 200 grams of flank steak
  • 1/2 Cup of lettuce filleted
  • 1 piece of tomato chopped into small cubes
  • 4 spoonfuls of Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • to taste of chipotle chile pepper
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Asa the arrachera seasoned with salt and pepper.
    In a pan, heat the tortilla on both sides.
    Remove from heat and spread with hummus.
    Add manchego cheese, lettuce and tomato.
    Cut the cooked section and arrange it inside the tortilla.
    Add chipotle to taste, close the tortilla as a burrito to put back to the fire and seal it.

    TIPS

    You can mix the hummus with the chipotle.
