Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of White onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of mustard
  • 2 spoonfuls of English sauce
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/4 of Cup of ground bread
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon fried and finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 3 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices of Manchego cheese
  • 3 pieces of hamburger bun
  • to taste of mustard
  • to taste of beefsteak tomato sliced
  • to taste of red onion sliced
  • to taste of bacon fried in sheets
  • to taste of lettuce
  • to taste of gherkin
  • to taste of jalapeno pepper
  • to taste of ketchup

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix beef with cilantro, onion, tomato, garlic, mustard, English sauce, egg, bread crumbs, bacon, salt, pepper and olive oil. Form burgers approximately 150 grams.
    Heat a grill over high heat with the oil and cook the burgers on both sides, when they are ¾ of the cooking place a slice of cheddar cheese and another of manchego in each burger and let them melt in the heat. Remove.
