  • 500 grams beef
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 1/4 cabbages, or cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 grams soybean sprouts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 200 grams mushroom
  • 20 grams chives
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 cups Water


Cut carrots, onions, peppers, cabbage and mushrooms into strips. Chicken, scallion and beef in medium pieces.
Place the oil in a deep casserole and heat over medium heat. Fry the onion until it becomes transparent.
Place the chicken in the casserole, 3 minutes later place the beef, cook for 3 more minutes. Add the scallion, 1 pinch of salt and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the carrot, a few minutes after the pepper, add the cabbage and mushrooms. Cook for 5 more minutes and add the cup of water and the soy sauce leaves to cook for 10 minutes.
In 3/4 cup of water dissolve the cornstarch in order to thicken the sauce of the casserole.
In a dish place the soybean sprouts and soy sauce, reserve until the 10 minutes of cooking the casserole pass. Add the germinated to the casserole, along with the soy sauce that it takes and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add the diluted corn starch and cook until the sauce is speckled.


Accompany with rice or noodles.
