Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef, beef
  • 1/2 kilos ground beef, By porc
  • 100 grams sausage, finely chopped
  • 100 grams Ham, finely chopped
  • 100 grams bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups olive, in thin slices
  • 1/2 cups carrot, finely chopped into cubes
  • 1/4 cups red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a baking tin shaped as box or rectangular bread 30 cms long.
In a deep bowl put the meats season with salt and pepper to taste, add the egg mix with the hands, already integrated the egg add all the other ingredients, mix everything to integrate.
Put the mixture inside the mold greased previously, compactly, that is pushing it to be tight trying to be well compact so that it does not crumble when unmolding.
Put it to bake for 1 hour with 40 minutes depending on the height of the mold this time is for a pancake type mold, if it is one more extended it will be about 1 hour 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Cut into slices 2 fingers wide (as if it were a slice of bread) you can accompany it with gratinated vegetables and mashed potatoes.

TIPS

- Try to put it into the mold is compact so that it is pushing it to be tight unless it collapses when unmolding it. - You can use individual molds if you want a more elegant presentation. - You'll know it's ready because when you insert a toothpick it stops drawing pink liquid that indicates that even the meat is not cooked. Wait for it to take a warm temperature to demold. - If you want to have a tomato crust on top you can add ketchup on the meat mold before putting it to bake.
