Preparation
Place the meat in the pressure cooker, with garlic, salt and bay leaves for 40 min.
In a pan put the flour to take golden brown, avoiding coffee, just to give it a toasted flavor.
Add the butter and a splash of milk to make the gravy, and beef broth is added to give the thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
The meat is cut into slices, to serve medallions.
Add the meat to the gravy and let it boil for a few minutes, add the chicken broth until the consistency is creamy, it does not dry out.
