Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams beef, in fajitas
  • 1 cup broccoli, in small pieces
  • 1 cup carrot, packed in strips
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups English sauce
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, cut into strips

Preparation

Marinate the meat with the English sauce and the soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
In a frying pan with oil add the fajitas and cook.
Add the vegetables to the pan with the meat and let it cook over low heat.
Serve once the vegetables are cooked and crispy.

Deliciosa yo le agregue cebolla y chile verde use tu procedimiento pero agregue consome de costilla porque el consome de res trae mucha sal ,mas que saborizante tambien agregue miel de aveja a la salsa de soya y da una aroma exquisito incluso crudo y me prepare fajitas de res agridulces
