This recipe of beef fajitas with broccoli and carrot with a touch of soy sauce have the oriental influence in every bite. It is very simple to make and perfect to cook at home and share a different dish. Do it, do not wait any longer.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of beef in fajitas
  • 1 Cup of broccoli in small pieces
  • 1 Cup of carrot packed in strips
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of English sauce
  • 1 Cup of Bell pepper cut into strips

    Preparation

    Marinate the meat with the English sauce and the soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
    In a frying pan with oil add the fajitas and cook.
    Add the vegetables to the pan with the meat and let it cook over low heat.
    Serve once the vegetables are cooked and crispy.

    Le puse tambien ajo picado y un poquito de maggi a la salsa. Quedo muy bueno.

    Deliciosa yo le agregue cebolla y chile verde use tu procedimiento pero agregue consome de costilla porque el consome de res trae mucha sal ,mas que saborizante tambien agregue miel de aveja a la salsa de soya y da una aroma exquisito incluso crudo y me prepare fajitas de res agridulces
