Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix wheat flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, butter, corn kernels and add the powders little by little until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Pour into a previously greased pie pan and bake 20 minutes.
In a pan cook the bacon with onion and garlic. Add the ground beef, season with cumin, thyme, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook for 10 minutes. Reservation.
Chop the corn bread with a fork, add the La Costeña ® Mexican Sauce, add the meat and the Manchego cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is grated.
