Cabbage Rolls Stuffed with Ground Beef

These rolls stuffed with ground beef are a great way to incorporate more fiber into your diet. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped for the filling
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped for filling
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped for filling
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in boxes for the filling
  • 1 cup ground beef, beef, for filling
  • 3 tablespoons apple vinegar, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped for filling
  • 1/4 cups almond, chopped for stuffing
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes, for the filling
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 3 tomatoes, boiled for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups chicken soup, for the sauce
  • 1 cabbage
  • enough Water, hot
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • enough parsley, finely chopped to decorate

Preparation

For the filling, in a pan with enough hot oil, fry the onion, add the garlic, celery and carrot, cook until they soften. Add the ground beef, apple cider vinegar, parsley, almond and tomato puree. Season with salt and pepper, cook for 12 minutes. Reserve and cool.
Blend the tomato with the onion, garlic, oregano, sugar and chicken broth until fully integrated. Reservation.
Soak the cabbage in very hot water, little by little the leaves will soften and may come off, defoliate the cabbage, keep the leaves in hot water until they become completely flexible. Drains
Place a cabbage leaf on a board, try not to have any hard part to make it easier to handle and with a spoon, place the filling and roll, repeat until you finish with the filling.
In a saucepan with oil, gradually arrange the cabbage rolls, pour the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Serve the cabbage rolls on an extended plate, decorate with chopped parsley and enjoy!

PRESENTATION

Present 3 or 5 pieces on an extended plate with sauce. Garnish with parsley.

TIPS

For the cabbage leaves to soften, you will need to keep them in hot water, constantly. If you notice that the time is long, cook for 8 minutes over medium heat, drain and cool very well.

La hice, el relleno super rico. Pero no sé si era mi col pero nunca se hablando y no pude hacer el taquito. Las comí como en sope de col, me gustó mucho.
