Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of milk for the crepes
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted for the crepes
  • 2 eggs for the crepes
  • 1/2 Cup of flour for the crepes
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the crepes
  • 1 teaspoonful of White pepper for the crepes
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg for the crepes
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of leek finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1/4 of kilo of ground beef of beef, for the stuffing
  • 1/4 of kilo of ground beef of pork, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg for the filling
  • 1 teaspoonful of cumin for the filling
  • 1 apple chopped into small cubes, for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of raisin for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of cranberry for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond chopped, for the filling
  • 1 Cup of White wine for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of pineapple juice for the filling
  • 1 sheet of laurel for the filling
  • 1 twig of thyme for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt for the filling
  • 1 pinch of black pepper for the filling
  • enough of leek cut into strips, to decorate
  • enough of cherry tomato in quarters, to decorate
  • enough of parsley to decorate

Preparation

For the crepes, blend all the ingredients to integrate. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour a little of the mixture, spread quickly through the whole pan and cook 3 minutes on each side. Repeat until you get several crepes. Reserve.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it is golden brown, fry the garlic, onion, pore and kitchen with the same fat until they are bright. Add the meats and cook a few minutes. Season with nutmeg, salt cumin, and white pepper.
Add the apple, the raisins, the cranberry and the almond, cook a few minutes. Incorporates wine, pineapple juice, laurel, thyme and season. Cook 20 more minutes and cool.
Fill the crepes with the meat, close like an envelope and tie shut with a ribbon. With another ribbon form the bun and decorate with cherry tomatoes and parsley. Serve.
