Ingredients

80 portions
  • 1 kilo flour
  • 1/2 kilos vegetable shortening
  • 1 beer, to time
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 100 grams olive, finely chopped
  • oils

Preparation

Sift flour in a bowl.
Add butter and start kneading.
Incorporate the beer at the same time until the dough is unified and left to rest.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Roll out the dough and cut the desired size circles.
Sauté finely chopped onion until transparent, add olives and meat. Once the meat is well cooked remove from heat.
Fill the dough circles with the meat and close each pie.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
