Ingredients

6 portions
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 2 slices White bread
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 6 cups marinara sauce, or tomato sauce
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cups milk
  • pepperoncino Italian crush red pepper

Preparation

In a food processor, process the white bread until you get a bread flour and mix with the milk.
Add in a deep bowl and mix bread crumbs, ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, onion, garlic and egg. Mix well with your hands and season with peppers and pepper to taste.
With your hands make 18 meatballs, they will be the size of golf balls.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for approximately 6-8 minutes and remove from the oil.
Return the meatballs to the pan and pour the marinara sauce over them. Allow the sauce to boil and lower the heat, allow the meatballs to cook for 15 more minutes.

PRESENTATION

The meatloaf can be accompanied by spaghetti.

TIPS

If you do not have marinara sauce, you can cook it in a pot 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 4 cloves of chopped garlic , 3 cans of chopped tomato and a bunch of basil. Cook for 15 minutes.
