Ingredients

  • 5 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams ground beef, beef
  • 1 tomtato, chopped seedless
  • 1/8 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 30 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

Preparation

Fry the ground meat with a tablespoon of oil and salt and pepper
