Preparation
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Brown the onion, garlic, carrots and potatoes in the oil for 2 minutes.
Add the meat and cook for 1 minute more.
Add all the remaining ingredients and cook until it boils.
Cover the pan and reduce to a low heat, cook for 25 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.
Boil the pasta in water until it is cooked.
Wait until the pasta cools and fill with the forcemeat.
Decorate to taste.
