Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 little boat mashed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1 potato, cut into cubes
  • 1 carrot, cut into cubes
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • 1/2 cups candied lemon peel, in cubes

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion.
Add the potatoes, carrots, raisins and citron. Fry for 2 min.
Seal the ground meat until it turns a slightly golden color and separates well.
Blend the tomato with water and garlic. Strain and pour into the meat pot.
Add the tomato puree.
Let cook 10 min more on a low heat with the bay leaf.
To serve.
