Preparation
Heat 2 teaspoons of corn oil and fry the onion with the garlic. Add the meat and cook until golden brown.
Blend the tomato, water and bucket of Knorr® Tomato Seasoning, strain and reserve.
Pour the smoothie tomato into the pot with the meat, bring to a boil, add the vegetables and cook over medium heat for 3 more minutes.
Spread the hash in the hot tortillas and form the flutes.
Heat the oil and fry the flutes until they are crispy, let them drain on absorbent paper.
Serve two flutes per dish and decorate with lettuce, cheese and cream.
