This is an excellent recipe to recycle your hash of the previous day. Fill your burritos with picadillo and accompany it with some Mexican rice and refried beans, there's nothing richer!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1/8 onions, finely chopped
  • 5 green tomatoes, Cooked
  • 1/4 bunches fresh coriander
  • 50 milliliters oil
  • 200 grams rice, made to mexican
  • 200 grams bean, cooked and without broth
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper

Preparation

Fry the ground meat and when it is well browned add the ground green tomato together with the cilantro.
Season and cook until the tomato sauce loses a little liquid.
Mix the rice and beans, heat and reserve.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and add green hash, rice with beans and wrap.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with your favorite Mexican salsa or chiles toreados.

TIPS

The green sauce can only be green tomato and cilantro so you do not get too spicy.
