Prepare these delicious empanadas stuffed with ground beef with olives, peppers and chips. In a crispy dough and best of all, you don't need oil to fry them.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 350 grams ground beef
  • 3/4 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cups olive, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 egg yolk, to varnish

Preparation

For the filling, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked. Add the tomato puree and mix.
Add the bell pepper, olives, and spices. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Chill and reserve.
Fill the empanada discs with the meat filling and brush the edges with the egg yolk. Close and varnish on the outside.
Place the patties in the Philips® Airfryer and fry at 390 ° F for 8-10 minutes. Flip the empanadas halfway through the cooking process.
Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a homemade chimichurri.

TIPS

Be careful not to splice the patties in the deep fryer to prevent them from sticking.
