Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams ground beef, of top sirloin
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 tomtato, medium
  • 1 potato, big
  • 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch parsley, dry
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé
  • black pepper, to taste
  • chipotle chilies, chopped, to taste

Preparation

Finely chop the tomato, onion, potato and bacon.
In a saucepan that is not on the fire, put a little spray oil. Add the meat, chopped tomatoes, potatoes, onions, bacon, chicken broth, parsley, cumin, chipotle to taste and pepper. Stir until the ingredients are well integrated.
Cover the pan and simmer for 35 minutes stirring occasionally until the meat is perfectly cooked.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice and tortillas.

TIPS

Ask at the butcher shop that they grind the sirloin with the bacon which makes it easier to mix the ingredients. Do not use too much cumin or pepper because they give a very strong flavor to the meat.
