Preparation

For the sauce, blend the onion, garlic, tomatoes, morita pepper and beef broth until completely mixed. Reservation.
In a saucepan with oil, add the onion and garlic until they begin to change color. Add beef, tomato and Cuaresmeño pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce with the help of a strainer and move until incorporated. Add the epazote and the nopales; Cook for 8 more minutes over medium heat.
