Preparation
Cook the potatoes and carrots with salt.
Season the onion and mushrooms in a pan with oil.
Then place the seasoned meat with salt to fry until browned.
Chop the potatoes and carrots. They are placed with the other ingredients and left to fry for a few minutes.
Finally the tomatoes, onion, garlic and water are liquefied. Pour into the pan and let the sauce boil for a few minutes.
And it's ready to be served.
