4 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste English sauce, or maggi juice
  • 250 grams bacon
  • 200 grams manchego cheese
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 cup Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. If your oven is of numbers it should go between 2 and 3.
Place the meat in a deep dish to mix, salt and pepper to taste. Add two tablespoons of English sauce or maggi juice. Make sure everything is well mixed.
On the table to prepare sushi, place the bacon in a horizontal manner, so that the length of the bacon is what shape it. Place enough slices of bacon on your mat, the more slices, the longer the roll. Place the meat on the bacon creating a bed of 1 or 2 cm, leaving 1 cm free of bacon on each side
Cut the cheese into squares and place them in the center of the roll creating a vertical line, this will be the center of the roll when folding it.
Use the mat to shape the sushi, making sure that the bacon touches itself so that it closes well. Using a kitchen brush, cover the entire roll with the Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce.
Bake for 25 min. Remove and re-cover the entire roll with the Original Hunt's® BBQ Sauce for a better flavor and finish. Bake for 25 more minutes.
While the roll is in the oven, chop the half onion as finite as you can. Cut two slices of bacon equal in small pieces and fry everything in a pan over medium heat, until it is completely golden and crunchy.
Carefully remove the roll from the oven, give it a final touch with Original BBQ Sauce Hunt's ®. Cover the roll with the onion and bacon to give it a crunchy finish.
Cut into slices not too thin and serve.

Accompany with salad and a bit of Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce.

You can substitute the Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce for Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce
