Hamburger with Homemade BBQ Sauce

This hamburger is a very good option to share with friends in a barbecue evening. It has a juicy meat with parmesan cheese bathed in homemade BBQ sauce and accompanied with lettuce and avocado.

4 portions
  • 750 grams ground beef, for meat
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped, for meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, for meat
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped, for meat
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated, for meat
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for meat
  • 1 egg, for meat
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for meat
  • 4 teaspoons oil, for meat
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce, for the sauce
  • 11/2 tablespoons sugar, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the sauce
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 hamburger buns


For the meat, mix all the ingredients and form hamburgers with your hands.
Combine all the ingredients of the sauce until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Set aside.
Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan and fry each hamburger until it is cooked, covering it with the bbq sauce.
Set the burgers by placing the meat on the bread, over the lettuce and the avocado.


Serve with lettuce and avocado.


Add flour or ground bread to the meat for a better consistency.
