Here we show you a different and simple way to cook hamburgers. Ground beef is replaced by delicious flank strips flavored with Knorr® My Baked Recipes Wine and Pepper.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 on of Knorr® My Recipes Baked Wine and Pepper
  • 1 kilo of flank steak of natural res
  • 6 pieces of hamburger bun
  • 1 piece of Italian lettuce washed and disinfected
  • 1 piece of roma tomato cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 piece of onion cut in hoops
  • 1/2 of Cup of Water

    Preparation

    Remove the bag from the package and open it, reserve the headband. Place the flank steak, water and seasoning Knorr® My Baked Recipes Wine and Pepper into the bag.
    Close the bag with the headband and mix everything well to season uniformly. Place the bag in a baking tray and bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, open the bag carefully and remove the flank steak, place it on a board.
    Cut the flank steak into 6 portions or strips. Then, make the hamburgers with the base of the bread for hamburger, lettuce, flank steak, tomato, onion and finally the top of the hamburger bun.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve hamburgers on a tray decorated with Italian lettuce leaves.

    TIPS

    Complement the burgers with Brussels sprouts. Place the brussel sprouts in a container previously greased with margarine, 1/4 cup of water Knorr Broth flavor beef to season and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for 40 minutes along with the recipe from Knorr® my Baked Recipes.
