Preparation
Grind the meat in the Braun® processor until it has a texture of ground beef, but not very thin.
On a board, make 2 hamburgers of 250 grams each, and reserve in the refrigerator.
For the bacon jam place the bacon in a deep pan, stir with a wooden and cook until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until it´s soft, add brown sugar and mix well until melted. Add the water, the stock and boil for 5 minutes or until it reduces the liquid and thickens.
Turn off the heat and pass through the Braun processor, grind well until there is a consistency of jam.
In a pan add the oil and heat high heat, pepper the burgers and cook both sides for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and reserve.
For the preparation, spread mayonnaise on the bun, add the lettuce, the meat, the jam on top, the onion, the tomato, the jalapeño slices, and the mustard; add the top bun and enjoy. Accompany with a dark beer.
