You will become a fan of this beef burger with bacon jam, and you will become the master chef for your family and friends. Prepare this gourmet hamburger that´s very different from the conventional ones, which you will make in a two by three with the help of your Braun®, with which you will get a freshly ground beef from the comfort of your home in seconds.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 500 grams of beef in pieces
  • 350 grams of Thin Sliced Chuck Steak
  • 150 grams of Round tip roast
  • 500 grams of bacon
  • 1/2 piece of White onion filleted
  • 3/4 of Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • enough of oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 2 pieces of hamburger bun
  • 2 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 4 slices of red onion
  • 4 slices of beefsteak tomato
  • 6 pieces of jalapeño in strips
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • to taste of dark beer to serve with

    Preparation

    Grind the meat in the Braun® processor until it has a texture of ground beef, but not very thin.
    On a board, make 2 hamburgers of 250 grams each, and reserve in the refrigerator.
    For the bacon jam place the bacon in a deep pan, stir with a wooden and cook until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
    Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until it´s soft, add brown sugar and mix well until melted. Add the water, the stock and boil for 5 minutes or until it reduces the liquid and thickens.
    Turn off the heat and pass through the Braun processor, grind well until there is a consistency of jam.
    In a pan add the oil and heat high heat, pepper the burgers and cook both sides for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and reserve.
    For the preparation, spread mayonnaise on the bun, add the lettuce, the meat, the jam on top, the onion, the tomato, the jalapeño slices, and the mustard; add the top bun and enjoy. Accompany with a dark beer.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate and accompany with dark beer.

    TIPS

    You can also combine the meat with a bit of pork meat, it will be delicious.
