2 portions
  • 250 grams egg white, San Juan®
  • 1 avocado, mature
  • 1 red tomato
  • 200 grams ground beef
  • 1/4 lettuce
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat a pan, with the help of a round mold, place the egg whites and wait for them to cook.
Remove the mold and make the rest of the whites.
In a bowl, place the avocado and stir with a chopped onion.
Season the meat and put it in the pan with a little oil.
