Ingredients

  • 250 grams of egg white San Juan®
  • 1 avocado mature
  • 1 beefsteak tomato
  • 200 grams of ground beef
  • 1/4 of lettuce
  • 1/4 of onion chopped
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • enough of oil

    Preparation
