Light the grill with gas or charcoal. In a large bowl, mix meat, Worcestershire sauce, onion and all dry ingredients. Mix well.
Combine the blackberries, brown sugar, balsamic blackberries and ginger and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the liquid reaches a good, more viscous consistency. If the mixture is still very thin, cook it longer and, if it becomes very viscous, add more water.
After the meat has been marinated for 10 minutes, they are separated into 3 hamburger-sized portions of equal size. Set the medium-high temperature. With a brush, put a layer of balsamic glaze of blackberries and ginger on each side of the burger. Cook between 4-7 minutes on each side. Once turned, spread more glaze of blackberries.
