Ingredients

2 portions
  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 150 grams bacon, sliced
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 20 leaves fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 pinches table salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper
  • 6 leaves fresh spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 2 leaves Italian lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 10 milliliters apple vinegar
  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 avocado pulps
  • 2 serrano peppers, finely sliced
  • 2 hamburger buns

Preparation

Season the meat with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Introduce the cheddar cheese and cover it with the meat. Form a net with the bacon and wrap the meat. Fry and set your hamburger.
Place a cube of cheddar cheese in a ball of meat and cover it with a little more meat. Shape it with your hands until you get a hamburger.
Form a net with the bacon and wrap the meat.
Fry and set your hamburger with the seasonings you want.

PRESENTATION

Serve the hamburger on a bed of French fries or French fries.

TIPS

Dora the meat at medium temperature so that it is full and the cheese can melt. Prepare a guacamole to flavor your hamburger.
