Grilled Hamburger with Starred Egg

These hamburgers are wrapped in bacon and stuffed with egg, which makes them extra special and delicious.   • 5 slices cheddar cheese

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with pork, mustard, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, chili flakes, and season with salt and pepper.
It weighs 200 g portions of meat and stuffed with cheddar cheese and manchego. Give it the shape of a hamburger with your hands, taking care that the cheese is well covered with meat.

Season with parsley, salt and pepper. Cook over direct heat for 3 to 5 minutes or at the desired end of the egg and remove.
Heat the bread on the grill over direct heat, spread with mayonnaise, mustard and place the lettuce, meat and onion ring with crashed egg.
Serve accompanied by potato wedges and a refreshing drink.
