Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams ground beef, sirloin
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup
  • 1 tomtato, in thick slices

  • white cheeses, sliced
  • hamburger buns
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Mix the meat with the eggs and season with spices such as garlic salt, pepper, dried parsley and onion powder.
Take a piece of meat the size you want your hamburger, I recommend using an ice cream spoon to serve all the same.
Flatten them until they are of the desired thickness, remember that when cooking the meat thickens (make them flatter than thick).
