Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kilo of ground beef
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of jalapeno pepper finely chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/4 of Cup of Bimbo® Classic Ground Bread
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup for the cheese sauce
  • 1 Cup of Gouda cheese grated, for the cheese sauce
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated, for the cheese sauce
  • 1 Cup of Gruyere cheese grated, for the cheese sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter for the onions
  • 2 cups of red onion filleted, for onions
  • 1/4 of Cup of BBQ sauce for the onions
  • 2 spoonfuls of chipotle chile pepper for the onions
  • 6 pieces of Bimbollos® Brioche buns
  • enough of Mayonnaise for serving
  • 1 Cup of arugula for serving
  • 6 slices of bacon fried, to serve

    Preparation

    For the hamburger, in a bowl mix the ground beef with onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, mustard, egg, Bimbo® Brand Classic Bread Crumbs, season to taste with salt and pepper. You should form burgers of 150 to 200 grams approximately.
    Heat a grill pan over high heat and cook the burgers until they are well cooked, turning them halfway through cooking. Reserve.
    For the cheese sauce, in a pot over medium heat cook the chicken broth with the cheese until it is integrated, remove from the heat and reserve.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, cook the onion until it is bright, add the BBQ sauce, the chipotle pepper, season to taste with salt and pepper and reserve.
    Spread mayonnaise over your Bimbollos® Brioche buns, arrange the arugula, serve the meat, bathe with the cheese sauce, add the onions and strips of fried bacon. Accompany with potatoes and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the hamburger covered with cheese sauce, caramelized onions and fresh arugula.
