This delicious Hamburger with 3 Cheese Sauce is the perfect recipe for preparing an original dish. Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups tomtato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups Bimbo® Classic Ground Bread
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cups chicken soup, for the cheese sauce
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, grated, for the cheese sauce
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated, for the cheese sauce
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated, for the cheese sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for the onions
  • 2 cups red onion, filleted, for onions
  • 1/4 cups BBQ sauce, for the onions
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chili, for the onions
  • 6 Bimbollos® Brioche buns
  • enough mayonnaise, for serving
  • 1 cup arugula, for serving
  • 6 slices bacon, fried, to serve

Preparation

For the hamburger, in a bowl mix the ground beef with onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, mustard, egg, Bimbo® Brand Classic Bread Crumbs, season to taste with salt and pepper. You should form burgers of 150 to 200 grams approximately.
Heat a grill pan over high heat and cook the burgers until they are well cooked, turning them halfway through cooking. Reserve.
For the cheese sauce, in a pot over medium heat cook the chicken broth with the cheese until it is integrated, remove from the heat and reserve.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, cook the onion until it is bright, add the BBQ sauce, the chipotle pepper, season to taste with salt and pepper and reserve.
Spread mayonnaise over your Bimbollos® Brioche buns, arrange the arugula, serve the meat, bathe with the cheese sauce, add the onions and strips of fried bacon. Accompany with potatoes and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the hamburger covered with cheese sauce, caramelized onions and fresh arugula.

TIPS
