Excellent "Edu" style hamburger prepared in charcoal and its special touches of melted cheese and sabritas or doritos, to give that delicious crispy touch with much seasoning.

4 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, (125 g)
  • 5 cloves garlic, (40 g)
  • 2 branches parsley, (10 g)
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 50 grams bread crumbs
  • oaxaca cheese, to taste
  • 1 bag fried potato

First it is to chop the meat if we have not already bought it, which we can do with a traditional mincer. Once we have it already chopped, we will salpimentarla, and we reserve it for later.
We are going to chop the finest possible the garlic, the onion and the parsley, or with a sharp knife or with the same picadora of before. The finer you leave these ingredients much better when eating hamburgers.
In a large bowl, which allows us to knead well, we are going to take the minced and salted meat and add the onion, garlic and chopped parsley, and mix so that they are distributed well on all sides. Do it with patience.
When you have it well kneaded, throw the two eggs and knead again with your hands, until the eggs are fully integrated into the mixture.
Add the bread crumbs, to give a little body and consistency to the dough, and knead well. You should leave the dough to rest in the refrigerator, at least an hour or two.
After that time we will start preparing hamburgers. To handle the dough, it is better to put some olive oil on your hands, so that it does not stick to it. We are going to make balls of the dough, which we will crush until we get the thickness we want in the hamburgers.
Adjust the size of them according to your preferences. If the dough needs more or less consistency, correct it by adding more bread crumbs or a little milk, as you need more or less consistency. We recommend that you place them on a piece of aluminum foil or transparent paper, so they do not stick.
If you're going to make the burgers, you just have to put them in the embers with a little virgin olive oil and make them well on both sides.

Serve hamburgers with Oaxacan cheese and French fries inside the hamburger.

Use ground beef that you like.
