Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef, beef
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups ketchup, Del Monte®
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices manchego cheese
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup, Del Monte®, half for the loaves and half for decorating
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 slices tomtato
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 8 black olives, to decorate
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into triangles to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the meat, cilantro, onion, ketchup, eggs, salt and pepper.
Form hamburgers with your hands.
In a skillet over high heat, heat the oil and fry each hamburger on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
Cut the edges of the cheese slices with a triangle-shaped knife to simulate the vampire's teeth. Reservation.
Spread each bread with ketchup and mayonnaise and place the lettuce, tomato, meat and cheese and cover with the other bread.
With the olives simulate little eyes and place them on the bread, the ears with the peppers and put more ketchup simulating blood in the fangs of the vampires. Enjoy
