Hamburgers with Beans

Burgers with Beans are a Mexican version of the hamburgers to give a delicious touch, if you prefer you can do it with whole beans.


6 portions
  • 1 1/9 kilos ground beef
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oils
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1 egg
  • English sauces, to taste
  • refried black beans


Preheat the grill over high heat.
Mix the ground meat, the egg, the English sauce, salt and pepper.
Prepare the hamburgers. Divide the meat into 6 equal portions and with wet hands form burgers 10 cm wide and 2 cm thick. (It is not necessary to compact the meat too much) Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Coat the onion with oil.
Put the bacon until it is crispy for 7-10 minutes, on the hottest part of the grill. Put on paper towels to absorb the fat.
Put the hamburger meats on the hottest part of the grill and cook until its internal temperature reaches 63 degrees (about 4-6 minutes per side).
One minute before the meat is ready, place the bread down on the grill so that it is hot (on the least hot part of the grill).
Prepare the hamburgers. Put the meat on the bread, then the bacon, the guacamole and the top of the bread.
