Prepare gourmet burgers like this burger with goat cheese and spinach; It is very easy to prepare since it has few ingredients and is the same procedure as a typical hamburger.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/9 kilos ground beef
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oils
  • white goat cheeses, to taste
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • spinach, disinfected
  • 1 egg
  • English sauces, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the grill over high heat.
Mix the ground meat, the egg, the English sauce, salt and pepper.
Prepare the hamburgers. Divide the meat into 6 equal portions and with wet hands form burgers 10 cm wide and 2 cm thick. (It is not necessary to compact the meat too much) Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Put the hamburger meats on the hottest part of the grill and cook until its internal temperature reaches 63 degrees (about 4-6 minutes per side).
One minute before the meat is ready, put the cheese on top.
Also a minute before the meat is ready, place the bread down on the grill so that it is hot (on the less hot part of the grill).
Prepare the hamburgers. Put the meat with the melted cheese on the bread, then the spinach and cover with the other bread.
