Preparation
Place the meat in a bowl, add the cloves of garlic, parsley, egg, salt and pepper. We mix everything perfectly.
Take small portions in the form of a wheel and crush them lightly with your hands, until a milanese is formed, place it in the empanizer on both sides and continue until you finish with the mixture.
We put the pan on a low flame and we put a little oil through the pan (avoid putting too much since the meat contains its own fat), place the slices and fry until they are completely browned on both sides.
At the end, we cleaned our frying pan with a napkin to remove the remains of Milanese and fat left in it, we ate the milanesas again and placed them in the pan with a piece of fresh cheese and covered for 5 minutes with low flame and finished.
