Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of sirloin steak
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of spicy sauce Tabasco type
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 piece of egg
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese cut into cubes
  • enough of flour for breading
  • enough of egg beaten, for breading
  • enough of ground bread to bread
  • enough of oil to fry
  • 1 piece of avocado for the guacamole
  • 1 piece of habanero pepper roasted, for the guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon of onion finely chopped for the guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for the guacamole
  • to taste of salt and pepper for the guacamole
  • to taste of fresh cheese crumbled to decorate
  • to taste of red onion filleted, to decorate

    Preparation

    With the help of your Braun® MultiQuick 777 processor, process the beef tenderloin until a fine cut is obtained.
    In a bowl mix the meat with onion, parsley, garlic, hot sauce, mustard, egg and season with salt and pepper.
    With your hands, form hamburgers by placing a small square of cheddar cheese in the center.
    Bread the hamburgers by passing them through flour, egg and bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until the meat is cooked and drain on absorbent paper. Reserve.
    For the guacamole: with your Braun® MultiQuick 7, mash the avocado until you obtain a puree. Mix with habanero pepper, onion, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
    Serve the hamburgers with a little guacamole, fresh cheese and purple onions.
