For this father's day, indulge it with mini burgers stuffed with cheddar cheese with a crispy breading, accompanied by an easy guacamole of habanero with a bit of fresh cheese. A super easy recipe thanks to the versatility of your Braun® MultiQuick 7.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams sirloin steak
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons spicy sauce, Tabasco type
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 egg
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
  • enough flour, for breading
  • enough egg, beaten, for breading
  • enough ground bread, to bread
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 1 avocado, for the guacamole
  • 1 habanero pepper, roasted, for the guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped for the guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the guacamole
  • to taste salt and pepper, for the guacamole
  • to taste fresh cheese, crumbled to decorate
  • to taste red onion, filleted, to decorate

Preparation

With the help of your Braun® MultiQuick 777 processor, process the beef tenderloin until a fine cut is obtained.
In a bowl mix the meat with onion, parsley, garlic, hot sauce, mustard, egg and season with salt and pepper.
With your hands, form hamburgers by placing a small square of cheddar cheese in the center.
Bread the hamburgers by passing them through flour, egg and bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until the meat is cooked and drain on absorbent paper. Reserve.
For the guacamole: with your Braun® MultiQuick 7, mash the avocado until you obtain a puree. Mix with habanero pepper, onion, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
Serve the hamburgers with a little guacamole, fresh cheese and purple onions.

lo único que me inquieta de la receta es el poco tiempo de cocción de la carne, pk esta gruesa la hamburguesa y si la cocinas mucho en aceite se quema el pan rallado y queda mal sabor, y si la cocinas como en el video me da la impresión que esta crudo.... :(
