This is a way to prepare hamburgers very easy and with ingredients available to everyone, they are delicious.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 150 grams bacon, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • parsley, chopped finely, to taste
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix the beef, pork and bacon in a bowl.
Add the whole egg and mustard, mix well.
Season and add the chopped parsley.
Add the bread crumbs and integrate all the ingredients perfectly.
Take a portion of meat and form the hamburger of the desired size.
Cook in a pan or on a spit with a little oil until well cooked.

PRESENTATION

Prepare the hamburger with lettuce, avocado, tomato and cheese of your choice.

TIPS

You can add more ground bread if the mixture is very moist.
