Pumpkin burgers have cheese cut into a pumpkin shape to give that touch of Halloween parties.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon maggi sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 burger buns
  • spray oil, pam
  • american cheeses

Preparation

Mix the meat with spices and sauces in a deep bowl.
Make with your hands the burgers (without pressing hard) and put them on a plate.
Cut the cheese shaped pumpkin face.
Heat a pan with cooking spray and cook the burgers for about 10 minutes on each side putting the cheese on the second side.
Put the hamburgers on the bread and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
