Soy Burgers and Ground Beef

Mini burgers combined with ground beef and soy with a touch of mustard, perfect to provide a different and delicious meal at home.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of soy dehydrated
  • 300 grams of Ground beef
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of Garlic
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 8 spoonfuls of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Maggi juice
  • to taste of Salt
  • enough of oil

    Preparation

    Hydrate the soy and squeeze it. Cook the ground meat in a pan.
    Finely chop onion and garlic.
    Mix the soybeans and ground beef in a bowl, add the onion and garlic; Mix everything
    Then add the flour, the two eggs, the mustard and the maggi juice, stir homogenously and at the end add the desired salt.
    Preheat oil in a pan, assemble the shape of the mini burgers and place them in the oil, fry on both sides, remove from the oil and serve.
