Ingredients

4 servings
  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • 300 grams of ground beef of lamb
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of ketchup
  • 3 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard
  • 10 slices of bacon chopped
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of Extra Special® smoked salt flower
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Great Value® Canola Oil
  • 4 slices of pineapple thick
  • 4 slices of red onion thick
  • 1/2 Cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise Great Value® reduced in fat
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 2 pieces of habanero pepper roast
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt Great Value®
  • 4 pieces of hamburger bun

    Preparation

    For the burgers, combine all the ingredients in a bowl until integrated. Form the hamburgers.
    Grill the meat with a little oil until they are cooked or to the desired term. Reservation.
    Mix the pineapple and the onion rings with the teriyaki sauce. Grill until marking on both sides. Reservation.
    For the dressing, blend all the ingredients until a smooth sauce is obtained. Reservation.
    Heat the rolls on the grill. Arrange the burgers by placing the meat, a slice of pineapple, a purple onion ring, a yellow onion ring, a little avocado dressing and close with the bread. Accompany with more teriyaki sauce if necessary.
